The Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch
and evening meals and all food can be served al-fresco on the
poolside terrace.
Growing up surrounded by the sea, islanders have a keen appreciation
of fine seafood, it isn’t unusual to see a local scallop
diver stop at the kitchen door with his catch fresh from the Sark
waters, likewise it isn’t just visitors who love to eat
